In this post, we’d like to tell you a few major tips on how to request corrections during in 3D rendering project. Of course, we accept all your comments and wishes no matter the form. If some information is missing, the project manager will just contact you and ask a few questions.
However, the tips we’re about to share can save you plenty of time, for when the task is crystal clear, we get to work immediately, don’t ask questions, and deliver results way faster. Not to mention it avoids the unnecessary rounds of revisions. On top of it, those tips are super easy.
Would you like to save that much time and effort by doing a few basic things? Great! Then, consider the following tips.
1. Write comments in a list rather than big chunks of text.
The list is easier to understand and helps evaluate the work volume. Plus, the list allows you to double-check and see that you’ve included everything.
2. Use screenshots to explain the things that can’t be explained with words.
A picture is worth a thousand words. It’s often easier to convey your ideas crystal clear with pictures instead of a bunch of descriptive words. You can just highlight the elements in question and add a brief comment along with the picture.
3. Before sending a handwritten text, see that it’s easy to read.
You don’t want us to spend time only trying to read the illegible handwriting or asking you questions. Please either type them out or make sure they are easy to read.
4. Send all corrections in one go.
You can structure and send feedback in multiple messages, but they shouldn’t be spread throughout time. If that’s impossible, let us know there’ll be more comments. This way, we’ll start work when we get the entire feedback. Otherwise, the manager may conclude that we have all the info, and the team will start work. After that, all the following comments will be considered as the next reviewing round.
These small tricks can go a long way. For your time is priceless! And we are proud to help you save it. We hope you find our advice helpful.
